Cowry Holdings LLC is a private company that researches, evaluates, develops, and manages real estate investments. As an accredited private investor we search for investment opportunities with proven companies, investors, or groups with a profitable track record. These opportunities can vary from commercial real estate, land acquisition, land development, and project completion. As an investment group we are always looking for new profitable projects to invest in.

Projects

Remington Park Land Development, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The Remington Park project is a land acquisition and development project. In 2007 Cowry Holdings and our investment group purchased 2 pieces of property adjacent to the Remington Park Racetrack and Casino in Oklahoma City. The 2 properties total 120 acres of commercial land, that sit at the corner of Interstate highway 35 and Interstate highway 44(part of the historic Route 66). Plans for the development are in process, and have included potential hotels and commercial retail space.
